 18  TYPES OF PEOPLE ON FACEBOOK, Instagram or any Social Media.  YOU kNOW WHO YOU ARE AND WE ALL HAVE AT LEAST ONE OF EACH OF THESE TYPES OF FRIENDS ON OUR LIST... 1) The "Lurker" - Never posts anything or comments on your post, but reads everything, and might make reference to your status if they... see you in public. 2) The "Hyena" - Doesn't ever really say anything, just LOLs and LMAOs at everything. ...  3) "Mr/Ms Popular" - Has 4367 friends for NO reason. 4) The "Gamer" - Plays Words With Friends, Mafia Wars, Bakes virtual cakes and stuff, etc., ALL DAY. 5) The "Prophet" - Every post makes reference to God or Jesus. 6) The "Thief" - Steals status updates... and will probably steal this one. 7) The "Cynic" - Hates their life, and everything in it, as evidenced by the somber tone in ALL of their status updates. 8) The "Collector" - Never posts anything either, but joins every group, and becomes fans...

10 WAYS TO DEVELOP A TEACHABLE MINDSET. Everyone has two teach-ability indexes, which consist of two variables: the willingness to learn and willingness to adapt to new information. For example, if your willingness to learn from a scale from 1 to 10 =10; but your willingness to adapt to new information is zero then your teachability index is non-existent.  There are 4 phases that individual undergoes when adapting to new information: Unconscious Incompetence ( the phase that your not certain if you heard or know about the subject matter either being discussed or taught), Conscious Incompetence ( after hearing subjective or topic, you are conscious that you have no idea what’s being discussed or taught), Conscious competence ( where you know about the topic or subject matter being discussed or taught but it has trigger your memory), and last but not least- Unconscious Competence ( Where the information is internalized becoming a part of  you with certainty of knowing your name ...

  PEARLS THAT ARE BEAUTIFUL! .. . Yet, we know that pearls are the product of pain ... Every pearl is the result of an oyster that has been wounded by a grain of sand that entered inside. An oyster which has not been wounded can not produce beads ... On the inside of the oyster is a substance called "nacre" or " nacar "as a grain of sand enters the oyster, it shall be covered with layers of nacre to protect itself. As a result, it builds up a beautiful and brilliant pearl. Have you felt hurt by words, or attitudes of someone? Have you been accused of saying things I never said? Were your ideas rejected or ridiculed? Have you accused been guilty of having done something u never did? Your attitude towards certain situations, is it misunderstood? Have you ever suffered the blows of indifference? Were  you  hurt precisely by those who least expect? Were you not valued ? So, forgive and make your wound a pearl.   OCEAN OF WISDOM   A poor man always think the rich man made his wealth out of luck. And the rich man believes the poor is poor because he is lazy. A young lady who married very early thinks ladies who are finding it hard to get married have bad character. A man who just graduated and get a job immediately thinks he is smarter than others. While a woman who just got married and start giving birth sees "barren" women as people who lived a wayward life. If only the poor knew the price the rich paid to get to top and if only the rich knows the battles, challenges that the poor is going through, none will ever form a theory about each other. “The Prophet’s Capacity”…    Out of the company of MANY Prophetic Circles or climates, there are those who has gotten use to sitting amongst the prophets but possess little to no respect for such. Their disdain arises without hesitation and they speak from false-expertise. These same individuals have only been allowed to be and or remain accessible due to relational factors; familiarity. What does that look like? • False honor undiscerned • Financial seed/partnership, that’s really the gateway that gives the individual(s) access to the prophets • Previous history that speaks to knowing the prophet(s) BEFORE they became who they are NOW. • “Cake Bakers & Vomiters”.   Pastor Zachery Tims:   Unfortunately he died before his time an unexpected and untimely death, which was not only shocking but indeed very sad.
